Accelerator Components

We are a specialist in manufacturing processes with multiple capabilities (like welding, milling, metal coating and structuring) and are able to develop individual solutions on customer request (from prototyping to industrial series). We built up competence in the production of individual components for accelerators ranging from complex vacuum assemblies and high voltage carrying parts to vacuum-air energy-coupling interfaces. In the field of beam detection we are able to manufacture a variety of foil-based detectors for beam current and beam position, using full-area or structured metal foils or metal-coated polyimide foils.

We are delivering highly reliable parts and our quality management system meets the requirements for medical device production. Our products are, e.g., in daily use in numerous proton therapy rooms worldwide.
